Individual speakers are restricted to 3 minutes and are asked not to repeat points that have been made previously. It is helpful if potential contributors can make themselves known to the Town Clerk before the meeting so that the session can be programmed effectively.

The Agenda for the meeting is given below. Please contact the Town Council Office if you would like a copy of any of the reports.

4.       To Consider A Request From Ilminster Football Club To Host A Bonfire Evening On

           Brittens Field.

Ilminster Town Football Club would like to hold an annual bonfire and fireworks display on Brittens Field. They would remove a layer of turf for the bonfire area and relay it afterwards so as not to cause any damage to the ground. Adherence to all safety, licencing and insurance requirements would be the responsibility of the Football Club. The Town Council’s permission to use Brittens Field for the event is requested.
