Extra-ordinary meeting on 27th June 2023

The extra-ordinary meeting on 27th June at the Meeting House and Arts Centre is to enable Councillors to hear about Persimmons proposals, it is not a consultation.
Members of the public are welcome to attend but please note that the venue has a limited capacity.
Any comments about the development will need to be officially submitted to the Planning Department at Somerset Council.
There will be a 15 minute public question session at the start of the meeting.
If members of the public have any questions on matters that are on the agenda, then, if possible, please notify the Council Office before Monday 26th June by midday which item you would like to speak about.
