This committee is made up of 3 members plus 2 reserves. It has been set up to conduct grievance, capability and disciplinary proceedings, including the determination of a sanction in accordance with the relevant Council policy. Meetings are held as required. Given the purpose of these meetings it is likely that a resolution would be passed to exclude the press and public to the meeting.
